This was recommended by a nurse, not a dermatologist. It’s excellent and it does a great job of cleaning your skin without drying it out as many soaps will. This is a staple for the wintertime. It has a low key scent that I can’t define other than clean. It’s neither strong nor offensive. While the price may seem high, this will last you a long time - and it does go on sale occasionally so I stock up when that happens. I don’t know the science behind how it works.
