Application
Works well, fairly easy to apply yourself because of a spray nature. It's also easy to overspray so standing in a shower stall is a good idea while applying. It's not sticky at all and it soaks in quickly not leaving a oily or greasy recipe once that happens. Read more

Quick and easy to apply pain relief effect.
As a pain relief, those works OK but don't expect miracle though, depending on your issue. For me, after long walk those helps with reducing the pain on my knees. You have to keep in mind that it will leave you with a strong menthol-like scent, and you should avoid touching the area with your hand, otherwise your hand will get that strong smell on them as well. Other than this, i will definitely keep buying those again for a quick and easy to apply pain relief effect. Read more

I use Biofreeze on my bag for the pain. I have sciatica. This stuff worked out really really well. I love it better than the creams. It sprayed on nicely. It doesn’t leave like a tacky feeling or anything. It’s wonderful. Read more
Underrated product. Very good for the price!!
Very underrated product. Use it daily for worsening shoulder pain and it keeps pain at a minimum without meds. Great value for the price. You couldn’t buy 2 for 21 anywhere else. Spray volume is a bit much so be careful when applying. Non greasy. Takes a bit to dry but when it does you are good to go. Great size. Medium. Stinging sensation but very quickly goes away. Biofreeze helps with pain! Spinal cord injury...
I've had two laminectomy; one in lumber and the other thoracic area. I have an incomplete paralysis from the way down, and therefore unfortunately my legs burn nonstop. Besides wishful thinking, no other cream, spray, nor store bought patches have helped. Biofreeze definitely takes the tip of the jagged edge off my back pain temporary. Because of this I'm so thankful I had seen a doctor recommend this product on YouTube! Grateful for the help, I will most certainly continue my Amazon subscription for a long time to come!
