This really works...have had GI imbalances for years post abdominal surgery years ago. Taking this daily has helped with extreme bloating, indigestion and flatulence and irregularity. Expensive no doubt but worth results I've seen. Taking it now for approx 6 months. Whole thing abt losing weight per manufacturer, I haven't seen a big shift in that to be honest. I am with Suzanne; this hasn’t given me results as advertised. I have had no weight loss and have developed more flatulence during the month I have taken it. I get maybe 3 good hours of sleep every night. I don’t know what the ingredients are specifically for so I don’t know whether to continue on subscription program or not.
