I got these bc I love beauty pills first of all, with HLA... However, I have a nail infection from last year when I got into gardening, and wore nail polish so I didn't realize I had a bad infection until it went pretty deeply into several nails. I've been waiting for my nails to grow out, and finally filed them down and got some beauty pills with keratin & biotin. I’ve been taking these postpartum for months in hopes to have less hair loss but it doesn’t seem to have changed the amount of hair loss I’ve had personally. I take them daily and the b vitamins definitely help boost the day. The rest of the benefits are to be determined. Read more
