Okay, I haven't had these for very long, so I can't speak to the efficacy of the supplement just yet, but I did want to jump the gun just enough to say a few things. 1: The pills are pretty big. If you have issues with dry mouth/throat and have had problems with pills quickly adhering to you, this may not be the best option. This sadly is the case for me. 2: The pills smell like dried mud, and probably don't taste too far off. 3: They made me a little nauseous, which some supplements containing Iron can do to me. These things, however, are not dealbreakers if I see positive results in the future. This bottle is a one month supply, and I will come back close to or after that period to finish the review.
