I was excited to receive my 2 ottomans. They are soft and very pretty, however there is very noticeable damage on both of them. The worst of it is on the top— huge lines going across the entire seat, along with small marks all over that are noticeable up close. I’m very disappointed and am awaiting a response from the seller to see if I’ll just do a refund or exchange them, but the boxes were also damaged and so it will probably cost me a fortune to return them (the boxes being damaged may have caused some of the damage on the ottomans but the main part just looks like poor quality work on the seams and almost like someone took a knife to the tops on both, where the box wasn’t damaged at all). The media could not be loaded. Lovvveee these. They are very vibrant but a deep blue suede. They do jave bottom.protecting caps so they do t scrape your floors. The gold ring gives them a nice elegant look and they are very sturdy and big chairs. I have a bar island and I have added a picture of what they would look like against a kitchen island. Read more

Arrived much earlier than expected and although it's only been a few days that it has been used, the quality seems great. It fits perfect under my daughter's vanity and she loves the pink color and how soft it is. I was expecting it to have a bit more give in the seat, but it actually probably works better this way as she won't sink in. It would likely not be comfortable to sit on for long periods, but would work as extra seating if needed. Read more

We were really looking forward to this ottoman. Unfortunately it got lost in the mail - I contacted their customer service and they send us a replacement, prompt and for free! The customer service was WONDERFUL and this ottoman looks PERFECT in our bedroom. It’s a great size and looks exactly as pictured. So chic and subtle glam for a white ottoman with a gold touch. I got the blue- which is pretty. I wanted them for decorative purposes and they work. I tried sitting on one. It’s very hard, but I guess doable. It feels somewhat sturdy but is small I wouldn’t choose this type if I’d been looking for seating.The price for two of these was good and the shipping was lightning fast. One of them seems like it may have a small spot of glue on the material so I may ask for an exchange. Other than that, they were packaged extremely well and super easy to pop out of the box. They are lightweight. I would advise measuring the space you want them for before buying. I’m glad I did. Overall, a reasonable purchase. I do recommend them! Read more
