took almost a month from ordering to receiving and they sent beige instead of brown. still good sandals - don’t feel confident about pulling off an exchange at this point so i’m keeping them. likely wouldn’t order from these folks again due to long shipping and wrong color. better to order directly from birkenstock. same cost. Be prepared to work hard on the leather as it is stiff and hard, cuts feet
Leather so stiff, slices skin wide open and that is after oiling leather and calling customer service who offered " bend leather back and forth "...these aren't the old comfortable, arch supporting Birkenstocks we used to get!
