Being a retired Army vet, I've spent plenty of time "camping". This is an awesome sleeping bag that doesn't weigh a lot, which is great if you're hiking with it. It will keep you warm and dry as well. And it comes in a nice carrying case. The pillow is an added bonus. Most soldiers use their cased gas mask as a pillow, wishing they had something like this. I got one left sided and one right sided zipper sleeping bag in red and another one in blue. The intention was for my kids and myself to have our own sleeping bags for a camp out but my brother ended up showing up and squatting in my tent. The red sleeping bags zipped up good, granted it was a bit challenging to get the zippers off, I think it was because everything was new. But both sleeping bags made one nice full size sleeping bag which fit myself and my two kids. One sleeping bag was noted to be longer which I’m sure I ordered regular sized. I love the pockets in the inside which I stored my phone in. The tiny pillows.... well they are tiny. You won’t be able to have a tent pillow fight but when you are forced to give up a sleeping mat that had an inflatable pillow due to a squatter of a brother.... well then those pillows do the job. I cannot really say with honesty the warmth of the bags due to having two children who are part furnaces but I was toasty in 45 degree weather. It is a good buy for the price. Note from my freeloader brother: the sleeping bag was comfortable and kept me toasty. It was a cold night so thank goodness there happened to be a sleeping bag for me to use. Read more
