It melted!

Doesn’t work well on high pile carpet, everything else about it was absolutely amazing. I was actually excited about a vacuum… for two months. The brush roller stopped working so I took it apart to remove debris only to discover that the plastic holding the roller in place had melted and gotten sucked into the vacuum. I was shocked and deeply disappointed to see that my vacuum melted. Read more
