This lid is cheaply made it cracked on the side of the handle and I’m no longer able to use it. Customer service is a complete joke they said they would send me a replacement lid and it’s been 4 months. Every time I send them an email they just tell me to submit a claim disregarding the fact that they already said they would send me a replacement twice in prior emails. It broke in less than a year… definitely not worth it. Read more

This was a nice water bottle when I actually used it. The size made it a little inconvenient to keep carrying around, but once I got an actual water filter and could just get water whenever. But when I was in uni and had to fill up water in bulk, this was great. Also, a solid way to stay on top of drinking enough water. The handle is also pretty appropriate for the size, which I like.
