I was looking for a good steam mop that I can use in multiple areas in my studio and this one did not disappoint. It cleaned the grout in the bathroom so easily and effortlessly, the pictures speak for themselves. I think the hot air messes with the bristles of the brush though, so you might have to replace them from time to time, as they get bent. I wish the brushes could be used with the floor extension, because cleaning the grout was a bit uncomfortable, as I was crouching the whole time. I have yet to try the small detail and metal grate brushes, but I'm sure they'll work just as well as the grout brush does. I also tried the squeegee on my mirrors, it didn't leave any streaks or droplets, my mirrors have never been so clean! I used the floor mop head for cleaning my tiles and hardwood floors after mopping, it did get some extra dirt off, and made the apartment look and smell cleaner. The pivoting mop head is very versatile, I used it on baseboards, walls, as well as cabinets, it's super easy to move around and gets rid of stuck dirt fast. The garment steamer looks promising, I haven't used it yet but I'm so glad that I don't have to purchase a separate steamer for clothes. The unit is kind of heavy because it holds a good amount of water, however the water easily lasts 10-15 minutes, I only had to refill the tank once. Overall, this is a very useful tool for cleaning various parts of your home, I love that it comes with multiple attachments, even a storage bag to put all the accessories in. I was originally looking for a steam mop but this one struck my interest with its interchangeable components and multipurpose use. The main reason I chose this one was for cleaning my old shower. The unit performed well at cleaning my floors but I was disappointed by the performance on my shower. After using an entire tank on the shower there was no visible change in its appearance. Read more

I really wanted this steamer to work. I did my research and read reviews, but this is just a really poor designed steamer mop. I tried it the day I got it and immediately returned it. Here at the reasons it did not work for me: 1. The water reservoir is located up near the handle. It makes the steamer very heavy. I am not weak and it will strained my hand and arm trying to mop all my floors. Also, the handle is very wide and made of a weird sticky rubber. It rubbed a blister in my hand on my one and only use. 2. The water reservoir does not come off the mop and is very difficult to fill. 3. Not much steam comes out of the steamer. You can barely hear the steam and when you touch the mop head, it is very warm. It left my floors wet and did not clean them. The mop pad was barely dirty after mopping my entire house. 4. The grout attachment does not attach to the end of the long mop handle. You have to remove the long mop handle and attach to the water reservoir directly. So this means I have to get down on my hands and knees to use. Since there is hardly any steam, did not not clean the grout at all. It was pretty worthless. 5. The window cleaner did not clean and just streaked my windows due to hardly any steam coming out of the steamer. Read more
Great steam mop and affordable. Used it to clean the bbq grill and did great. Puts out plenty steam. Steam does slow for a few seconds as it builds pressure up again but not a problem. Would recommend. Read more
ETA: After two or three uses, the little plastic peg that holds the attachment on broke. I found the box and returned it. I saw an infomercial for another brand of steam cleaner that looked amazing. I never know if infomercial products are as wonderful as depicted. I chose this one because it has similar features with a lower price tag. My primary goal was to remove the film from glass shower doors. We have soft water and we get deposits from water droplets. I don't know what they are. Because we have soft water, I filled the steamer tank with water treated by reverse osmosis. I tried it with the squeegee attachment. Not sure that it did anything at all. I spritzed the glass with vinegar and tried again, but still didn't see any significant improvement. I sprayed the glass with a foaming shower cleaner, waited until the foam broke up, and tried again. MAYBE it was a little cleaner. On tile floor, without mopping first, the steamer seemed to pick up some dirt. It didn't remove a few mystery drips. The steamer with no attachments might have helped on brushed nickel fixtures. I'm still trying it. I've discarded the huge box it came in, and it would be impossible to fit the cleaner back in it, anyway. Overall, I'm not thrilled with what I've seen so far. Read more
