The media could not be loaded. It was suppose to be new but came a little worn, smelled and looks like it has mold🤢, some parts are scratch or rusted. The neck pillow is a must, it's uncomfortable otherwise🤕. The massage is just a small vibrater. Instruction manual says you can store the cables in the second pillow, you can but someone had the bright idea to zipper fly on the inside.🤦♂️ Foot rest is alright 👍 nothing fancy just a foot rest. Beware the shipping and handling fee, it's almost the same price as the chair it's self but that's on me for not looking for it.🤷♂️ Overall it's an "ok" chair. Read more

The chairs are comfortable. They’ve lasted this long for the most part. The wheels on one of them stopped working already, and the massagers are laughable. It’s a vibration at best and it’s a really weak one at that. Read more
