Worth the investment, made traversing Dollywood much smoother than just my "boot"!

Solid device, easy assembly. Turning radius isn't the best, so watch out for that. Folds up easily and fits in my CR-V trunk and/or back seat. Not too heavy when folded to pick up with one hand/arm. I wouldn't recommend this particular model for anyone over 5'11" (I wish it had one more notch "up" for me, but am used to things not being made for tall women. Read more

Excellent, sturdy unit and great value.

John BowmanJuly 23, 2025✓ Verified purchase

Bought this for the low price compared to others. Very happy with it. Sturdy, well constructed. The brakes, seat, shock absorber, & wheels function very well. Holds up to repeated use. I like the handy bag on the front. Nothing cheap on this unit, built for the job. If you have never used a lever clamp, like on a bicycle, you may need to experiment a bit with the lower lever activated clamp that holds the front axle until you learn how to screw and unscrew it to adjust the closing force required to just what is needed to secure the clamp. Most anyone will figure this out. Read more

Well, it works well enough.

Well, I broke my ankle. Yay! I got this after attempting a day and a half of getting around with an walker/chair that my father-in-law had. That was not keeping my foot up without any pressure unless I say on it and my hubby pushed me around. So I got this. Here's what I think: #1)- this would be great it it was made with a seat you can sit on and put your knee on. When I am using so much energy getting some where, it's nice to be able to sit down and just rest for a second. You can't if you have the knee pad low because you are shorter, or if you have a rear-end bigger than a book from the local library. It exactly the width of s knee. It you have big knees it will seriously overlap the side. CrAzy! #2)- If you want to lock it into place for safety, get ready for a work out. They don't go into place without serious hand strength and quick fingers, and fortitude. #3)- It's a cute color with the blue. And I like the bag on the handle bars. #4)-No, I wouldn't say it was particularly easy to set up. Although instructions come with it I also had to watch two videos to get it done. It does send you all of the hardware and even a took to use to put it together though. #5)- It does adjust fairly easy when it's all together, which is a plus. #6)- Durability. I honestly do not know. I think for common, temporary use it would be fine. If you are going to need one of these full time though, I would suggest something else that makes you feel less timid to use. This leans more to once side than the other, and feels somewhat wobbly. The knee pad is too narrow and you have really got to be careful not to put your knee too close to the out edge or you tip to the outer side on corners. While it does have good action as far as how sharp your handlebars can turn, you will need to pick up the rest of it to get it online.. or go forward, twist, and back up. Then go forward, twist and then back up. Then go forward, .... You get the picture. The tires are thick rubber, and those really big 3-prong sticker weeds don't pop them. The brakes stop it on a dime, the shock absorption is good, but I think this could have done more with just a few tweaks to the manufacturing plan. I think, again, I would mostly recommend this for moderate, short-time use. It certainly works for that well I think, ans a good enough value for your money. Read more

Nice quality and lite. Easy to assemble.

Looks good and assembling is fast and easy. My only reason for dropping a star is the slow delivery. We needed it Tuesday, but made due until late Wednesday. Read more

The joints do not come loose. I do not have to tighten the bolts.

CustomerMarch 3, 2026✓ Verified purchase

Very good deal. I have been using this knee scooter off and on for over a year and it has not come loose in any way. I had problems with past knee scooters. I feel this one will last. It feels a lot safer. There is a height adjustment on it. The scooter doesn't turn on a dime and the wheels still get caught on rocks and cracks so you can't go very fast. It does not fold up. Had some trouble getting it in the trunk. Read more

Good scooter.

I ordered the Deluxe model of this scooter before my Achilles tendon surgery since I cannot bear weight for 10 weeks. Best money I’ve ever spent!! I feel unstable on crutches. I came home from my surgery & immediately got on my Bless Reach Deluxe scooter. I liked it so my that I ordered this economy version as a second one for my downstairs area. Yes, I have to slide down the stairs on my butt, but my 2nd scooter is waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs. I crawl on my knees up the stairs (use knee pads) & my upstairs scooter is waiting for me at the top of the stairs. This economy version is good, but I prefer the Deluxe model because the tires have a better tread on them. The economy version has smooth tires. Otherwise, everything is exactly the same. I haven’t had any problems with the smooth tires on the economy version. If you can’t bear weight for awhile, then you need to get one or the other Bless Reach Scooter. Both were easy to assemble (50 year old female), sturdy, yet lightweight & very easily maneuvered around furniture. Read more

Not great for kids-Fell apart in 2 weeks

DFTC AZJanuary 15, 2026✓ Verified purchase

This thing lasted 2 weeks. My daughter had major reconstructive surgery on her foot and was required to stay off of it for 6 weeks. Within 2-3 weeks the Nut to the screw that keeps the handle bars in place fell out at some point when she was riding and the handlebars fell…. One of the screws that keeps the seat in place fell out and wouldn’t screw back in. The brakes never worked to begin with and eventually the wire of the breaks broke and she had a giant wire hanging out in the front…. I understand that with constant use things are going to loosen but this was insane. Even with continued tightening this eventually happened. I really didn’t want to spend over $200 for a scooter but starting to see why I should… Read more

Overall good scooter, BUT,

Strey1100February 24, 2023✓ Verified purchase

Overall this is a ok scooter. Very useful and handy to operate. However, two things you need to consider when purchasing.. These are solid tires. They do NOT go over cracks or small raises very well at all. Mine caught a very small lip and caused a nasty fall. NOT scooters fault, I should have been paying closer attention. The second thing is there are NO front brakes. Occasionally, you will get the center of gravity too far forward and with no front brakes, you go over the front. I noticed this early and avoid that situation. As I said, overall a good scooter if you are not going over any ground obstacles... Either stay inside or smooth even pavement and you will enjoy the freedom it allows... Read more
