This is a really nice outdoor camera. I put it up as a little security camera and to see the wildlife that cones into my yard. It was very easy to set up,bthe instructions were very easy to follow, and it connected right away to my wifi. I bought 4 cameras and they all connected and synced together perfectly. I am not the most tech savy person and I didn't have any trouble setting it up. The cameras capture very good videos and photos, the quality is very crisp and bright. It allowed me to see what happens outside my home night and day. The night ph9tos and video are just as clear as the day time photos. The night videos and photos are done in black and white. I have 2 cameras that I hung from my porch and they were easy to assemble and hang up, the other 2 u bought a pole and stuck them in the ground because I didn't have anything to hang them from, and they fit well on that too. I am now using these outdoor wireless battery-operated cameras in addition to several Blink wired cameras and large floodlight cameras. Easy set up. Work flawlessly, as do all of our other Blink cameras. Highly recommended. Only downside - and specific to these wireless cameras - are the bases are EXTREMELY hard to fasten to the cameras. Nearly impossible. Take a lot of force. On one of them it absolutely would not push onto base after I screwed base to wall. So I had to remove base from wall, push base on camera by putting base on floor and pushing camera down as hard as I could, then pointing camera awkwardly from one side to other to re-screw into wall. For another one I bought an aftermarket housing for camera and I'll try that to see if it's easier. It's a slight Blink design flaw they should correct. Read more

An excellent set if you're looking to have a small camera system (or additional cameras of this brand) for your home or business. As this one comes with two outdoor cameras, it should cover most of your basic needs or additions to your existing Blink system. The Outdoor 4 cameras are clear and easy to set up and even at night, you can adjust infrared lighting to supplement any to no lighting. Visual operating distance would probably be no farther than 10 feet to get good facial capture. Any farther and your Outdoor 4 camera(s) could be used to supplement what's going on your property from a general standpoint. Each of the cameras detect motion and and start recording upon detection of movement, vehicles, or people. The algorithms or AI make pretty good determination of this. Keep in mind, this can run on AA batteries or an external power source like a solar panel that would plug into the USB-C port on the back. However, if you're looking for something that gives you consistent live-view or multiple-camera view, you may want to look for another option. As far as power, if you're going to do consistent live view (and only one camera at a time), you'll probably want your cameras plugged in for power to an outlet. These are meant to be wireless as far as power. These cameras are good if you only need to know when the cameras detect something, making you go to the app and opt to use the live view to see what's going on. You can only view cameras from the app, you can't log into a website to watch from your browser. It's still a good system, just be sure to study what your wants and needs are first for a video system and then determine if not consistently monitoring your video is for you, only watching clips of what's going on when it records something. The newer version of the blink outdoor cameras work really well. I had the older blink outdoor cams and decided to upgrade. I purchased the bundle of three cameras with the newer version of the blink doorbell. One of the cameras just stopped working about two weeks after I installed them. Did all the troubleshooting steps but it still doesn’t work or even turn on. Will contact blink support for assistance but think I may need a replacement for it. All other cams and the doorbell work great. The video is clearer and motion detection is better with the blink outdoor 4 cams. The blink doorbell now features full body view of people at door. Nice cameras and doorbell, very pleased either my purchase. Read more
