Excellent fit and does not fold over or slip... Breathable and does not make me sweat maintains dry...Soft, elastic and very comfortable. I bought this for my husband who has an insiginal hernia. It does make his hernia look a bit smaller, and less noticesable while he waits for his surgery to take place. He says it is as comfortable as one of these can be. His hernia is just below his navel, and he does not use the round pads. I bought the L to XLG. He weights 172 pounds if that helps. I have not washed it get so we will see how it holds up. Read more
This has changed my life... before I was limited in lifting weights due to my Umbilical Hernia. I'm now able to do heavy squats and heavy bent over row movements. No pain and I can forcus on the movement and getting stronger. For me this is a much better option than having surgery!! Read more

I have an occasional protruding umbilical hernia. I purchased this belt and was immediately impressed! I purchased the extra large. I have a 36 inch waist for pants. My measurements around midsection is like 41 inches. This fit perfectly and has plenty of room for larger midsections. I like it's simple design and it's very low profile. I first wore it outside my shirt. I actually got compliments on it from a couple of my friends. They have similar issues and are planning on purchasing as well. Highly recommended. . Read more
This belt does the job !! Doctors recommend this belt if you can’t get ur hernia removed right away! Yes it’s uncomfortable in the beginning but you must wear it to get use to the protection and once you do then you’ll receive Daily relief!! The pressure point is very durable and allows you mobility and support! The Velcro quality is very durable ! This nest is also easy to keep clean I do reccommend washing it in cold water this stops the elastic from stretching giving you the same accurate support! For anyone experiencing pain this item is highly recommended for before surgery and after surgery you’ll need it to stop pain when you cough while healing!
