I just received these in the khaki. They are very lightweight but nothing shows through in this color anyway. For reference, I am 5’6” and 150 lbs with athletic thighs. I hate anything tight on them and sometimes I have to size up to make up for that. I bought the medium and they fit perfectly. The waistband is extra soft and stretchy so it does not bind in anyway, which is not the case with some elastic pants. Despite being stretchy, sometimes the waist bands are a little bit snug. These look great with a wedge or a flat and a great length for someone my height I tried to take a picture because a very flattering, but unfortunately, could not get a photo to reflect that🤣🙄. They did not even come out of the package overly wrinkled, which is a nice bonus for this type of fabric. I have no idea how they will wash or if they will shrink so I cannot comment on that. These pants are cute and slimming if you can find a good pair because sizing is very inconsistent. I originally purchased in apricot and blue. Wore the apricot immediately as I needed for an event. They were a tad short but I attributed that to my 5'8" height. A week later I wore the blue and they were the perfect fit all around and measuring to the apricot, clearly about 3/4 an inch longer. I decided to order black and white. Both were too short, shorter than the apricot, and the black had a weird fit in the rise. I am not a dress girlie and these dress pants are perfectly cute and stylish. They look like a dress and give a dress feel but are freaking pants. The quality is a very good for the price they are light weight and very very comfortable. I am 5'7 143 lbs wearing a size small in the color turquoise. I would say they are true to size but if you wanted more fitted in the upper leg area you could size down because they are very stretchy and you would still be comfortable. The blue color is a little different, a little more of a true baby or sky blue rather than muted which is how the photos look to me, still very pretty. Material has more body than I imagined, but nice and flowy; feels a bit more synthetic than I normally like but smooth, has light texture. Tie is just for aesthetics, does not actually draw the waist, which is only elastic. The crouch is a bit low for my body, but I'm hoping this won't be uncomfortable. I ordered a small and a medium and the small fit better and was more flattering. The medium fit but I did not find it flattering at all, almost didn't even open the small to try on. Glad I did because the small fit well and looked very cute. Measurements are 36" bust, 29" waist, 36" hips.
