This swimsuit cover up is really nice and high quality. The fabric feels well made and durable, not thin or cheap, and the color is beautiful in person. It drapes nicely and looks flattering while still being easy and comfortable to wear at the beach or pool. It's true to size and if anything, runs slightly large. It's also nice and lightweight but not sheer at all, except for all the cutouts. You can tell it’s thoughtfully constructed and designed to last. This coverup is great! I love its simple beauty. The cut of it and the "lace" accents make it look delicate and feminine, while its function adds confidence to those of us who prefer to cover what we can when not in the water. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the skirt is made of swimsuit material, so I could easily wear it in the water as well! I just might choose to do this. I often play in the yard with my boys in the summer (small pool, water balloons, etc.), and I don't feel like my neighbors need to see my thighs and whatnot. This will be a great option for staying covered up but also comfortable when I get wet. It is lightweight and will clearly dry quickly, the length is just right for being modest-yet-cute, and the style is perfect. I am so excited to add this to my swimwear collection! One note: I am 5' 3.5" and 155 lbs, and I got the XL based on the 42" hip measurement on the size chart. Even cuter in person! I'm 5'10, size 14 and this fit me perfect. I let it gape a bit open on the side and didn't tie it tight, but if you want more coverage of the leg there was room to tie it tighter. It's nice and thin and soft. dried quickly after getting wet and looked just as good wet/dried as it did brand new. Washed nicely. Easy to throw in your bag and add a little something extra when you're by the pool. Will likely get in more colors! Read more

I ordered the Blooming Jelly Bathing Suit Cover to go over a few of my one piece swimsuits that aren’t as flattering on my upper thigh area as they once were. I was going for a cover that was made of spandex swim type material so it could actually be worn in the pool if wanted, to hide my upper legs. This cover is made of swim material and will be able to get wet when swimming without losing its shape or getting ruined. It is also really flattering and cute. I love the lace-like eyelet look on the bottom of the swim skirt. It really elevates it from just a plain looking cover up to a cuter extension of my bathing suits. I am a fan. It has great coverage and hides all the areas I want hidden. The length is perfect, not too long. It is comfortable and doesn’t feel heavy at all like some cover ups can feel. The only reason I took off one star is because the skirt doesn’t have any kind of the clear elastic type stuff on the inner band to keep it from sliding on slippery swim suit material right up my waist. I’ve had other cover ups that have that thin plastic on the inside of the band that keeps it in place. Because this one doesn’t have anything like that, the smooth spandex material of the skirt against the smooth spandex material of my bathing suit causes it to slide right up instead of staying down on my hips where I want it to stay. And this is without it being wet. I imagine the problem will be exacerbated once in the water. But overall I do recommend this cover up. It is made of high quality material and is cute also. I just wish it would stay down on my hips a little better. Read more
