Not your average swimsuit coverup! I’ve had my share of coverups and none have been as pretty as this one! What immediately made this one stand out to me was how amazing it felt in my hands the minute I took it out of the package. It’s made with a light, buttery soft fabric subtly sprinkled with these pretty little delicate ‘nubby’ dots giving it such a romantic look and darling, sweet charm. The fabric quality is incredible and it truly elevates the coverup. If I could give the fabric alone 10 stars, I would. The coverup ties at the side, just like a robe. This does seem to make it look a little uneven when fully on, and tied. But remember, it’s not a dress—it’s a swimsuit cover up. It’s not supposed to be form fitting and perfectly fitting; it’s supposed to be loose and roomy (again, like your robe). For the price, I would highly recommend this coverup. Since I have a pool that gets a lot of summer use, and I live close enough for a day trip to the Jersey shore, I typically need several swimsuit coverups as part of my summer wardrobe. I was excited to order this one in black because it was perfect for my dark colored bathing suits and looked very stylish with its wrap style and bow waist tie. When I tried it on, I found the length to reach mid-thigh on my 5'4-1/2" height, which makes it a good for sitting comfortably without trying to readjust. However, I felt the material was too thin and light for wear as a cover over a wet bathing suit, since it will easily absorb the wetness and become uncomfortable. There is also a snap right below the V of the front for additional closure and a button on the bottom edge of the left side, but I couldn't find a matching buttonhole. Overall, I thought it looked very stylish before I put it on. However, once on, I didn't find it very comfortable, because I found myself constantly trying to adjust it, since I couldn't get the right side and left side to align properly. Read more
