A great multi use ointment
My husband gets what we call "winter skin". Dry patches that almost look like a rash, but I think it's a combination of chafing and irritation, usually behind his knee and around his ankles. We think it's because he's wearing so many layers this time of year. Base layer long underwear, long socks, pants, snow pants, boots...staying warm is a challenge at a ski area, and having so many layers to stay warm can cause ventilation issues. He uses this ointment and it helps to keep those areas clear. It has a light medicinal (Camphor like) scent, that dissipates pretty quickly. Looking at the label, it's good for a wide variety of things. We try to keep one of these on hand at all times. It's a fairly inexpensive fix for some common conditions. Read more
