First off I notice the Heartrate Monitor Doesn't work as someone else stated. It is very confusing to scan through the modes and checking your BMI and other things are almost mind blowing. Just hold on if you decide to try different modes or settings because what they state as moderate is powerful and will throw you for a loop. I do love that you can hold on because all of these vibrating machines are so strong you can get hurt if you are not ready to take the movement. I started on 1 now I am venturing to 50. Once it went up to 125 and I was so scared i had to turn off the machine. I never keep it plugged in unless I am using it. It was definitely worth the money I have to say. Read more
I'm on day 3... I hope it works however, it was easy to assemble. It has 3 different speeds but you can adjust the speed manually. I don't consider it loud when it's shaking your body and it does not move out of place when you have it on the highest speed. I like it and the price is affordable. Read more
I’ve used one of these before and this one is not as sturdy as the $5000 machine or even the $2000 I’ve seen from costco that once had it on display. But this does the job. Low cost. Various settings can be applied. Low to high intensity. Time adjustment. Typically it’s set from either 10 minutes to 15 minutes. It has some pre-set routines where it cycles through variations of intensity. Feels great afterwards. And you can run it while just watching tv. The swivel in the center doesn’t do anything for me. I find stepping on the end of vibration plate more intense and less in the center. It has handle bars to hold onto but the sensor does not work for detecting heart rate. The speaker on them are ok but if you have a Bluetooth portable. That’s even better. Speakers are basic. It has a cup holder attached. You can place your phone in but with my iPhone 11 Pro Max with the high intensity it can jiggle its way out and drop the phone. Some people complain it shakes their head or you’ll feel itchy. I love it. I didn't think it worked but I have very bad leg problems and after using it for 15 minutes per day or more I have alot of pain relief. Nothing else I tri worked but this machine in great. Hoping it works on weight loss as well. Read more
Assembly of the unit was very straight forward. However the base and display looked like they had been used before, little scratches and marks that looked like some one took a scrubbing pad the the base. Unfortunately I can't tell you how it worked as the unit made a loud popping sound when I tried to turn it on. Totally dead thereafter. Bluefin contacted me and are sending another unit! So easy to put together. I bought this to tone and if it helps with sore muscles....all the better. I didn't buy it for that as I am more interested in getting rid of cellulite. You can diet and diet but unless you run marathons or do up and down squats, it's impossible to get rid of that cellulite. (If I did squats, I might survive one and forget a marathon....that's NOT happening...lol) I wasn't born with nice muscular legs with no cellulite like my girlfriend. Our family has those dimples in our fat even if it's only a little fat left after dieting! lol I guess after a few months of this, I should report back in. I do thirty to forty minutes a day while watching a program. So nice! Read more
ANNOYED! All parts were there but one of the holes wasn’t bored to put in the screw. I blame that on quality control. Also the black foam on the same part wasn’t the same as it’s opposite counterpart. I could have lived with that but not without a hole for a screw that needs to be assembled. Last but not least is the console. As soon as you turn it on there is a loud whining noise from the left speaker that never goes away unless you turn the machine off, which means you can’t use it. I sent a message detailing these things and asked to get just the 2 replacement parts that are defective and I’ll send the old ones back. Still waiting and very disappointed because I read such good reviews about customer service. Read more
While it works as I'd hoped. My focus is relaxation of stiff muscles and better circulation. One handle had to be carefully reshaped to put together as it was crimped in shipping. As it was a section not visible we didn't complain about it or ask for a new part. Also, the BMI reader button doesn't work. As I don't care about, or believe in, BMI we just accepted that flaw without complaining. Otherwise a reasonably sturdy machine. Read more
