I used the transceiver to connect two Bluetooth headphones (bose and akg) to a kindle so two people could watch and hear a movie playing on the kindle during a flight. It was fairly easy to connect and it worked as expected. It was clear and could be turned up loud. I like that it powers itself and doesn't run off the kindle's battery. I originally tied using a cheaper $20 set of earbuds with the transceiver and they did not work well because the volume would not go loud enough. Those same earbuds work fine when connected to my phone, so I'm not sure why they did not work when connected to the transceiver. Read more
Used this to connect to hp laptop and kindle fire for vacation streaming. Love the multiple jack adapters to fit any application. Easy to pair with our shotz headsets and great for a noisy environment. Read more

Awful design in terms of charging ability. You need a different adapter to charge it (not the one in this pic). I used it once and have not even thought to use it again due to its difficulty charging. Read more
The design for planes is not the greatest as the unit can not be powered without a C USB adapter (not provided) The instructions also doesn't explain that you need to use the C USB attached to charge the unit. With that said, the unit does work, and does have a lot of uses. I will be using it for a couple of long trips, but I may look to find a better unit in the very near future. Read more
My dad has a basic smart TV. Basic means it has no Bluetooth. But other family members do not want to hear the TV when he is watching it. Ta dah! I got this Bluetooth transmitter for him to plug into his TV, and now he can use his earbuds. I have four stars, because I can't find a way for him to switch back to sound without unplugging this, or having to disconnect the Bluetooth from his phone. I was not paid for this review...I just hope it helps someone else in their shopping. Read more
This adapter connects to an audio source with a 3.5mm round connector and transmits the audio over Bluetooth. I used it on a recent three-hour flight to listen to a movie using AirPods. The adapter is small. The web description lists 4" x 3", but the body is actually only 2 1/2" x 1 1/2", with a 5" cord permanently attached. It was easy to setup, just plug into the headphone jack on the seatback TV and pair with the AirPods via Bluetooth. Listening on AirPods with noise cancellation activated is so much better than the wired headsets provided by the flight attendants that allow cabin noise in, making it hard to hear conversations. Overall, an affordable adapter that will make watching movies on a flight much more enjoyable. Read more
