I use a headset for listening to music, and making phone calls at work. This headset checks all the boxes! The earpiece is cushy and padded, it's very comfortable to wear even after many hours of use. The music sounds fantastic, it has a really nice rich sound! It can connect by Bluetooth, or by plugging in a usb-style dongle (I have only used it by Bluetooth to my phone). The controls on the side are easy to use - volume, next song/previous song, answering calls. It has the function to answer/hold two different calls "call waiting" style. It also has a mute button on the microphone boom. It's super easy to charge - the headset easily fits in the charging stand without any re-adjustment. We've used this headset for over a week now and we are really happy with it. The sound quality is chrystal clear (even the music sounds great). And we are very impressed with the noise cancelling. Our shop can get noisy, and I have no problem hearing my calls- as well as my customers hearing me clearly. Battery life seems to last 4 1/2 -5 days of using during work hrs .
