**UPDATE*** **I used them with Bluetooth only and no difference. I will be returning these** I’ve been using these for 2 or 3 days straight working from home with multiple calls a day. They are comfortable and cute. The stand is sturdy and docking the headphones on breaks and lunches are simple. However, the calls I receive are a bit muffled and I have them at 100 volume on my PC. I am using the Dongle, I will try with BT only to see if there will be a difference. The mic is chunky and mute button is on the back of the mic. Whoever is on the other line can clearly hear you touching your microphone to press the mute button. It’s just not good placement. But after some practice it shouldn’t be an issue. Also the User Manual does not advise you of the Computer Lady announcing “MUTE ON/ MUTE OFF” after pressing the button. Of course the other party doesn’t hear it, but it made me jump the first couple of times. The sound is really good and clear for music and podcasts. But these are for calls and these are not the right headphones for my purposes. I will try Bluetooth only without the dongle to see if the calls are the same or clear. I will return if not.
