I purchased the Sarevile Wireless Headset with Noise Canceling technology and have been using it for the last two weeks. The headset is performing superbly! The single ear headset comes with a dongle, power cord, and User Guide. The headset can be worn on the left or right ear. With one ear exposed, this allows you to stay alert of your surroundings. I have not used the dongle because my iPhone and laptop have Bluetooth technology built in. However, it is nice to have an option for electronics that do not have blue tooth. The headset is sleek and has a modern design. It is sturdy and well-made. The headset is surprisingly comfortable. I have used the headset over long periods with minimal discomfort. The audio quality is excellent. The audio is crisp and clear. The microphone also appears to be excellent. People have told me that that they can hear me clearly when talking with them on Zoom or my cell phone. The noise canceling feature does its job and minimizes ambient sounds. I have used a wide array of headsets since the world of Covid and working from home. The challange has always been balancing comfort and quality at a resonable price. I have had a few that claimed to be awesome and you paid a pretty penny for them, but a few hours into the day, they just hurt or the sound quality was just not that clear. I will say these are a nice change. Very light weight and comfortable both right out the box as well as several hours later. Sound quality, crisp and clean. I can hear the folks on the other end and have been told that there is no static or echo in the voice quality on my end. Matter of fact, I have a radio on and most customers tell me they cant hear it. Sweet noise canceling feature. I love that they are simple, yet fully functional and that the controls are right at your finger tip. I especially enjoy having the One-touch mute button at my fingertips You can connect via bluetooth on your phone or computer or if your systems does not have bluetooth, simply plug in the usb dongle and off you go. Battery life is SUPER GREAT. I use these all day and can go pretty much all week before having to charge them. If i was to ask for any features or enhancements to this headset, it might be to include a charging stand rather than just a plug in cable, but at the this price, these are perfect. Tried several wireless headsets and most failed for different reasons. This headset connects without issue. Solid, not cheap feeling. Comfortable for all day wear and use, adjustable fit. It worked alright. It never disconnected during a call, but would sometimes just not connect when picking up a call but I couldn't tell without asking if anyone was there a couple times first (there isn't any of the occupied air noise you get when youre on a call), so that was a bit annoying. Also, its kind of weird, but the earpiece is so thick it blocks all sound on that side of your head. Which is nice for calls, but I end up taking it off after every call because I hate the feeling of being completely deaf in one ear. The sound quality was good, not great. If people aren't speaking clearly, it was a bit difficult to understand them sometimes. For $20 I wouldve sucked it up and kept them, but not $40. Lol Read more
