Works great!

Super easy install in my 2007 Jeep JKUR. High quality cables and components. Charge rate while driving was enough to replenish what I had used at camp and overnight within a couple of hours. Integration with the Bluetti app is seamless, and i love seeing the charge going in and the power draw going out. Very pleased. Read more

Affordable DC power for accessories that won't kill you car battery.

This is the DC-to-DC charger that you want. Controls and app monitoring works great, shuts down when volts drop as it should. Easily adjustable output to match your battery. Cables could stand to be a bit longer. I had to buy more to get to the rear of my GX460. I use mine to power my Jackery battery while driving, which in turn powers my refrigerator (and anything else I connect to the Jackery). Installation should be done by a professional unless you're comfortable with firewall penetrations, trim removal and wire crimping. Read more

Fantastic addition to my off grid setup

Works great and was easy to install. The cable was long enough to go from the engine bay of my 2010 F150 Supercrew, along the floor trim in the cab to behind the rear passenger seat. This has been great to recharge my battery fast while I am out exploring from my base camp. Read more

Reliability and value

This is an excellent mid range power station. The only things that could’ve made it better were if Bluetti (and others ) could remove the ridiculous and outdated 12v cigarette socket and replace it with an Andersen style receptacle on the unit. That and providing more usb c fast charging ports. That aside it is a very reliable and solid unit…well worth the money… Read more

Good Device with Limitations

Good device, but there are limitations. I own two of these, and have two uses for them. One is at home using both to connect large 12V batteries to charge power stations during extended power outages, hurricanes, etc. Basically, just to extend the life of my 3-piece power station set, which has a main unit and two of its own directly connected batteries. It works well for this use. It is my garage with relatively stable temperature, humidity, no rain, etc. Two is in my truck using a single unit mounted in the truck bed to charge a main power station unit for various use cases mostly involving camping. It works just ok for this use. These units are not dust or weather sealed in any way, so keep that in mind. Also, while the manual/website does claim a max working temperature of 140F, that is not true. That's how hot it gets in my truck bed with bed cover in the Summer, and I will tell you right now that is a no-go. Realistically, at max output (56V setting), your ambient needs to be 100F or less. I have found you need to drop about 8V output setting for ever 5F above 100F. So, at 110F ambient, you need to limit to 40V. At 115F, you need to limit to 32V. Alternatively, you can lower the max charge rate of the power station as temperature goes up. If you are only going to use this in the Winter, you should be fine. Be careful otherwise when mounted in the truck bed. Mounted in the cab will likely be better, because of the AC keeping the ambient temps lower. The cables are way too short for a full size truck with crew cab and standard bed. You will only barely make it from the battery to just inside the forward side wall of the bed. You would need at least 25 feet of cable if you want to mount near the tailgate on the sidewall. Also, the provided breaker is placed on the cable to be near the unit and not near the battery. You need to fuse/breaker near the battery to do it right. Overall, these are useful, but there are limitations that can be quite significant when mounted in a truck bed on hotter days Also, lots of trucks now come with at least a 400W inverter, so this unit is on its way to being obsolete for that use case.
