Bought these for my wife as a Christmas gift and had her try them on before I wrapped them. These are very functional boot type of Chelsea‘s and are really for the outdoor elements but with a great style and color and an Australian outback feel and look. I never leave a review, but these boots deserve some ink! Ordered black in my usual size nine. Was fully prepared to return them based on some reviews regarding difficulty getting them on and off. From the get go, I have had no problem getting them on, using a Bootjack to help with removal. But once they are broken in, probably won’t need it. Bought these from a different seller. Buyer beware, Bordeaux brush is a bright glaring red underneath a bit of black paint and will look like trash the second you get a scratch or scuff. Not forgiving at all. Don’t bother with customer service or the so-called warranty, this crappy paint job is considered user error to them. Comfort was ok but nothing special. Never fully broke in and now unwearable. Look elsewhere. Read more
