Great purchase for unorthodox need!
Awesome product so far. I bought two of the biggest ones to cover up two ugly floor spots. Used one for a custom stair case landing on top of old golden oak snap in flooring and the other on the other side of the same room/floor to cover up a poor install job portion where there are gaps between the faux wood planks. Our house was built in the mid 80s and needs some additional restoration to include new floors. In the meantime I needed a couple unique/practical rug solutions due to having 3 dogs. These mats seem very durable, are definitely waterproof and they look very nice. They are NOT a slip hazard on the top surface either. Even though they have a nice tight looking smooth surface that is easy to clean they also have a little texture/grip to them so not slippery on top. The mats rubber backing also works very well to keep the mats in place on hard floors. I think these mats will work to hold us over for several years til we can afford new floors. These companies are finally catching onto people needing waterproof indoor rug/mat solutions, not just outdoor, where the rugs are durable, waterproof and not tacky looking. They need to catch on even more though and should also be marketed as indoor rugs with more, especially larger, size options and shapes. Read more
Rolling away on my chair mat!
This is my all time favorite chair mat! Great protection for my new flooring. Laid flat after a day, books on the ends helped. I always hated the plastic desk mats. This looks great in my home office. My office chair easily rolls on the mat. If I roll off the mat I don’t have a problem rolling back on. Read more
Functionally great! Size and color is very slightly off.
Works great! Like extremely well! The matt doesn't slide unless you take the chair off and lift it yourself. However, there are two small inconveniences. The sizing is just barely bigger than as advertised. They did some rounding or something when doing their dimensions and the clearance for my desk would've needed to be exact. But I made it work. The next inconvenience is that the dark grey is a lot warmer looking than the pictures make it out to be. My floors are cool grey and it almost makes the dark grey look like it's dark brown. These matts also aren't overly intrusive like some others, they're very shallow and had a nice texture and pattern which is great. I would get these again, but not the dark grey. Read more
