Back Massager is amazing the heat is just right not overly hot, the rollers are smooth, quiet, and effective. The pressure the rollers give is just right and it feels so good. As I'm using this it makes me wish there was one available for in the car to utilize while driving that had a USB plug. I would recommend this massager to others. I have used this product fir multiple conditions: low back pain/ spinal issues, neural inflammation with remarkable relief. Using the back massager regularly when i sit in the evening, the problematic back tightness has lessened significantly. The overall Trmt process is more comprehensive; yet the back massager is an effective daily tool thst i use daily to have a painfree back. Recently i had a small fracture to my elbow; i used this back massager as a platform where i gently laid my forearm on it and let the heat and massager unit gently roll up and down my forearm. Once it heats up, it really melts the tension from my muscles. Because it’s very portable, you can use it anywhere. I use it on my couch when I’m relaxing or watching TV. I also have a massage gun from Bob and Brad, but I like that I can just sit back and use this one instead of having to actively use the massage gun. Read more
Kinda strong on rolling too hard. Couldn’t comfortably place in upper back, made it hurt worse. Will give it a try again to see what happens. Charged item fully, but had to keep it plugged into wall in order to use so portable option wasn’t able to use. Read more

It offers three different alternating modes and three intensity levels that can be adjusted individually to fit your needs—the third intensity is a little TOO effective, lol. In addition to heat, it also has a “pin-point” mode, which I haven’t really seen on other back massagers and really appreciate for targeting especially sore spots. My only gripe is that I wish it could reach just a tad bit lower. As for build quality, I have no complaints—it’s high quality, just like their other products.
