It came with a nice carrying case, manual finger massager (orange device in photo), charging cord and even gloves in case you want to share the device with others. The 3 massage modes, 5 intensity levels, and heating option give you lots of choices for whatever you need to address hand pain or soreness. I imagine this will be a great gift for either my sister who is a hairdresser or my grandmother who has arthritis. It provides nice compression and emits only a quite hum on the highest setting. I wanted the most current model of a hand massager and this one seemed to offer the functionality that I was looking for. So far it has held enough charge to allow for treating both hands at least two times each. I leave it overnight to make sure it fully recharges. It is fairly quiet, the power usage is good, it fits both hands well ( I have large hands for a woman), and so far I have no complaints about the quality. I use the gloves provided to keep skin oils from staining the air bladders - I don’t use hand lotion yet. I have it set to the gentlest pressure and let my hands relax - so far it is tolerable and the heat also feels good. It relieves pain and stiffness, which is all I could ask for.
