Wow! This helped my lower back! The heat and massage and light are wonderful! It definitely helps reduce lower back pain (sacral and bulging discs and muscle pain and more). I also put it on my hip and it worked too. The battery life is great too. It functions very well and is very portable. It does not make too much noise either. Value for the money is wonderful. Love that it is portable while offering massage, red light therapy, and heat if you want/need it. (Find that the red light therapy warms me enough that I do not need the added heat.) The belt from Bob and Brad has reduced my lumbar back pain. I can wear it when I am doing physical work, or I can wear it when I am sitting. It has 3 functions: heat, vibration and infrared LED light. I mainly use the vibration and the infrared light. There are 4 levels of each mode. It stays on for about 15 minutes, and then I restart it for another 15 minutes. The vibration greatly reduces my back pain. The control panel is in the front so it is easy to access. The belt recharges quickly using my phone charger. This belt has helped me tremendously. I use it when sitting but I also use it when mowing the lawn, cleaning and doing other physical work. I love this product! I saw this on their video and since I work at a computer all day, I was looking for some relief. This belt has heat, a nice lumbar massage function, and the red light therapy all in one place and it is comfortable. This has brought my some much valued relief.
