So, yes this works. Works pretty well actually, but the smell can be overwhelming for some people. My wife can't stand it, which is enough for her to not use it. First let's mentioned that I have never used a cream based hair removal, but I have always thought about trying one. Given that, I cannot compare this to other cream based products, but only to my thoughts of using this cream. I tried this removal cream on a section of facial hair. It went on smooth. I had no adverse reaction to it despite that I have sensitive skin. I followed the directions which said to leave it on for 10-15 minutes. My opinion is that it is a long time to wait for it to work. It worked at removing the hairs. Since the hairs grew back at the same rate as they do when I shave them, I see no benefits to me for using this cream and having to wait so long for it to do its job. I do not know what other creams smell like, but this stuff was extremely stinky and not a pleasant smell. If the drawbacks are the same for other creams, then by all means purchase this product. I do like the plastic knife looking spreader though, it makes it very easy to spread the cream and not get it all over your hands and not waste any product.
