How have I been showering all my life without these when I know I have congestion issues? So happy my daughter brought some over one day when I had a cold. I use them in every shower now. And I open the bag they came in when I take my vitamins in the morning and inhale the Eucalyptus vapors stored inside the 15 pack. This also helps clear congestion. So basically I am getting 2 uses from the 15 pack. One when I place an opened single pack in the shower and the other when the packaging bag is opened and I inhale the vapors stored inside the bag.
