Works well, much cheaper than even walmart. Not sure how other individuals doors are and how they are using this, but if you use this correctly (ball portion must be on the side of the door that swings away from you, common sense to me), it can take a lot of weight/bands. I literally can't see how this wouldn't work for someone unless they put it up backwards so the door is swinging towards you while doing the pulls and/or they have some very strange architecture going on. We've had three bands on it and it still held easily for exercises, very sturdy and easy to use, pretty much a common design. Read more
I bought the bodylastic door anchor because I had no good place to put a pull up bar for p90x/p90x3. So far it has been fantastic to use with heavy bands and works very well in the door for pull up and chin up style exercises. It also works well for anyone that may be to heavy or cannot do a real pull up or maybe has some type of injury that doesn't allow a lot of pressure on the arms or back. I would highly recommend this product to anyone needed some way to do pull up exercises and doesn't have room or cannot perform a regular pull up. It looks and feels very well made. Make sure you have a sturdy door and place it closer to the hinge side of the door and you shouldn't have any issues at all. Read more

Unable to find an anchor for my stretch bands locally, a search turned up this amazing article. Although a little difficult ultimate to get it to stay where you want it in the door while shutting the door if you want it low, it is strong and dependable while in use. I have been very happy with the performance. Read more

I bought so I could do P90X while on vacation. The Bodylastics door holder had no problem handling my bands and worked flawlessly. I used it almost daily for 10 days and never had a problem. I have not owned it long enough to know if it will hold up over a long period. I have a handle that will hold as many as 3 bands and used several times with 3 bands (30, 40 and 60 lb bands). There was no damage to the door. Overall an excellent product. Read more
Great product and wish I would have picked these up sooner. Prefect for travel as I do a lot for work and very easy to throw in suitcase with some bands and not take up too much room. Very sturdy and quality product - absolutely no concern about ripping or failing while working out. I can understand how the foam may break down over time, but it will take a LOT of abuse for that to occur. I wrapped mine in duct tape for some additional protection as others have done. Read more
