After using these bands just once I knew they were superior to any others that I have or have tried. You can really feel the quality and the resistance is on par with the pound stated on the bands. It’s also good to know that the resistance is more in line with the actual weight than other bands on the market. I like these so well that I ordered multiple sets for my home gym. Replacement for some I bought from them several years ago. They are different than what I bought several years ago. Actually look cheaper in quality which isn't surprising since that seems to be the trend in everything that comes from China these days. Cheap products for more money. Durability is unknown of course, since I haven't had them very long. Read more
