Good diffuser and very attractive. But the remote doesn't work. It's possible they just sent a dead battery but it isn't worth finding and buying a new battery when I don't know if that's the issue. I'm updating my review because the seller offered me a full refund because the remote didn't work. I greatly appreciate this excellent customer service! The new one is wonderful! Love the remote!
