These towels are nothing like the description. They are far from luxury and aren’t beach towels at all. They are the size of a regular bath towel. The fabric is different from a normal towel and is even a bit see through. Like you can see between the weaves of the fabric. They aren’t soft until washed either. I do like the colorful designs though and that they remind me of home (costa rica) bc the towels are just like these. But most people would probably hate these tbh. Read more

These are large, colorful, wonderfully absorbent, old-school towels (none of that silly microfiber) that are simply good for just about anything ... *as long as we do not cross over the buyline or priceline of around $25*, which is what they used to drop to on occasion. I bought around four sets of these and I keep checking back for more ... again, at that particular price point. They soak up everything! They're wonderful as dog towels, even for the biggest of BIGGEST dogs (yup, an uber-fat Cane Corso). Really large spills are no biggie for these babies! Put one of these down, and you're done with pretty much any cleanup. A quick wash later, and they're ready to go again. Seperate the ones for home use versus 'people' use, by color! Perfectly absorbent; perfect for poolside or beach; perfect for chores and clean-ups and spills or DIY'ing; perfect for friends and guests; perfect as bath towels; just downright perfect as everyday towels and as extra towels. Oh, and regardless of what anyone may say, they do NOT fade no matter how many times you wash them. The oldest / first purchased set we have is from June 2023, with too many washes to count, and there's NO way to tell those apart from our newest 2024 ones. I've watched our Chihuahua (vigorously) scratch a couple of them while trying to arrange them to lie down on or just to play and rub around on, and he's pulled the tiny looping of the threads, causing frays, but they're easy enough to clip off with no further unraveling. Do not buy these! They are awful ans super cheap. Not that i was looking for high quality. Anytime you touch them wet a million fuzzies stick to you. I have washed them 3 times, and they still completely stick to you and fall apart. They are unusable Read more

I love the colors and the brightness, the softness, but they don't dry like 100% cotton, and they pilled for the first 3 or 4 washings. Everyone in my family avoids these towels because even after I washed them enough to get rid of the pilling, (which you could feel on your skin inside your clothes), they are not absorbent and sort of smear the water around rather than dry your skin. They were relatively inexpensive, however, and they are cheerful. As a relatively inexpensive item, I guess you get what you pay for--so again, fun colors, but not great quality. Read more
