The media could not be loaded. Great product, recommended for anyone that wants dip or hanging leg station, even stretching, ballet maybe? But this product is made to last and very sturdy. Pros - Build quality - design, padding on the feet, powdercoated for corrosion resistance - Stability - Heavy load and very sturdy - Effectiveness - ready to use once you decide on where you want this station to be - Ease of use - ready to jump on and use Considerations - Size - it is not portable and requires assembly, it is big - Cost - more expensive than the others but worth the money Read more

Had this product for two years and it is just as functional, you can adjust the height for comfort, it has anti-grip skids so it doesn’t shake or move around easily. It is great for dips, l-sits, planche, front lever. The workout value and price is great nothing bad to say. Read more

If you’re into calisthenics, & want to stay consistent with your dips. Especially during the winter season. I highly recommended this dip bar. I’m very impressed with this dip bar. I’ve been using the dip bar for several months now consistently. It’s very sturdy, & can be used for multiple calisthenics variations, and stretches. The only problem I’ve experienced was. It was missing 3 washers. Thankfully, I had some washers on deck. So, I didn’t push the issue. Read more

I was skeptical at first. I've always built my own parallel bars out of wood, but I recently moved into an apartment and needed some that took up less space. These are very sturdy and fit well in my office. I have no complaints whatsoever. Like with any parallel bars, the variety of exercises you can do on them is fantastic. It feels very secure, so long as I don't swing too close to the ends. If you need more stability than a dip stand provides or you're looking for a nice set of parallel bars, then you can't really beat the price. Read more

I am a 170 lbs. male. I purchased the "Bongkim dip bar" mainly for swinging between the bars as I already have a dip station. The very stiff metal bars are great for dips but do not flex like wood bars do in gymnastics parallel bars, which makes swinging uncomfortable pretty fast. The trick that totally solved this problem was using very thick pipe insulation around the bars. Assembly took less than an hour. Everything feels very sturdy. Nice paint. Quality bolts. I love the price and the small footprint. Read more

Mine is a rather unconventional use - using to safely get in and out of a clawfoot bathtub! Because these parallel bars are so very adjustable AND STURDY they allow me to get in and out of our old tub safely (try finding handicap aids for one of these roundy clawfoot tubs! they do not exist!) -- best part is each time I do a bath, I also get a little bit of a work out because you naturally want to do a support-hold with these. So they help me step up onto the Step Aerobic Platform, and then they help me safely move from the step into tub, as well as lower myself down, and then after the bath I am able to lift myself back up, and then out. I feel completely safe (and a bit stronger) thanks to these (cat assisted of course lol) Read more

The bars were pretty straightforward to put together. Usage wise though… definitely need weighted bottoms. My friend almost got really messed up because the thing lifted up completely on him. Good quality set up but not safe for any calisthenics. Bars wobble with any movement too Read more
