I am usually a true 8 shoe size, and I have narrow feet and long toes. These boots fit well, a little too big, but not by much. The color I chose is not a two-tone, it is all textured very caramel leather. If you are used to how Dansco shoes are loose in the heel then you know how these shoes will feel. UPDATE: These boots pull my socks forward and off my feet. I tried adding some foam inserts but still just pulls them forward. Can't wear them :( Read more

Purchased these Born Ankle Boots in my usual size and they were big but I was so excited to wear them that I put on thicker socks and they seemed to be okay although the leather seemed very thin. After wearing them to work, I took them off when I got home and the inside of the boots had rubbed off on to my socks and it was so hard to remove the leather bits/dust that I had to throw the socks away. These boots were not cheap! Since I wore them, I'm unable to return them but I won't be wearing them again. I expected better quality. I will think twice before ordering Born online again. Read more
