These ear buds are great! The sound is amazing. You can clearly hear all of the musical instruments while listening to music. The battery life is excellent. I can go several hours before having to recharge the ear buds. The auto pause when you remove an ear bud is another nice feature. The quiet/aware feature is also great. Worst Bose product I've ever owned. SO DISAPPOINTED. I waited until I had used them awhile (more than six months) to see if things improved. They didn't. I only gave one star because the sound quality is good. The problem is connectivity and just completely cutting out. Sometimes one earbud will just stop working. Other times, the music just stops because the earbuds have shut down for no reason. Fully charged...in the middle of a workout. So frustrating. And this happens EVERY time I use them. My previous Bose Quiet Comfort buds never did that. At a price point of nearly $200, a certain level of performance should be the norm. I've got pairs of $30 earbuds with performance better than these. Not what I expect from this brand. BUYER BEWARE. Come on, Bose. DO BETTER. Read more

Ear buds not very comfortable and one of the two buds don't charge very well. Battery don't last long with one of the two ear buds. Good sound when it is charged. Read more
These work very well except that the left ear bud kept shutting off and I would have to put both of them back in the case like I was charging them, then take them back out and put them in again. I discovered I was pushing on the end of it to put it in my ear and I was turning it off. If I put them in by their radial edge they work fine, all night. LOL! The ends have buttons that have certain functions. (these are my first set of ear buds). They work well, they have good battery life and the set I got came with an auxiliary 10 MaH battery to plug the case into if it goes dead from an extended stay away from a power outlet. Read more
