I took a chance on this and I'm glad I did. It is nice and sturdy but very soft. It doesn't feel like cheap pleather. It's not too shiny and fake looking. The zippers are great. Plenty of pockets and my big ole phone fits in all the pockets even with the case and phone grip on it. I did take my steamer to the strap just to soften it up a bit but it's beautiful and sturdy. It's not printed it's actually embroidered. The colors are exact to the photo. I like that you can swap the strap to either side and use the other loop for a cute keychain. I'm super picky with my purses...don't care if they're expensive I just like a certain leather look...and this little bag nailed it. Also it's small but huge at the same time? This is a cute bag with lots of room for the size. The color is as pictured and it seems to be great quality. It doesn’t feel cheap. It’s like the soft flexible fake leather material. I'm giving the bag itself a 5 star review. It arrived well packaged, looks attractive and decently made. You can tell it's not real leather, but it still looks good. The zippers occasionally get caught on the inner lining, but other than that operate smoothly. I really like the size as it's perfect for a cross body bag. Not too big, not too small. The adjustable strap is also quite sturdy and pretty. It will likely hold my small wallet, change purse, phone and other odds and ends during an upcoming trip to Italy. Hopefully it will also frustrate the pickpockets who are known to frequent public spaces. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase. Got it because I’m gonna be getting a flip phone, MP3 player, and digital camera soon to disconnect from the online madness- this will carry my address book and gadgets perfectly!
