Quick Take: A beautifully packaged, sweet-smelling body oil with a transparent ingredient list. It’s a great coconut-based moisturizer, just keep in mind it's a "monoi-inspired" perfume oil rather than a traditional Monoï de Tahiti. First, a shout-out to the seller for the transparency! Unlike many brands, the ingredients are clearly listed on the bottle and the product page. No "Sherlock Combs" detective work was required to see what’s inside, though the ambiguous "fragrance" remains the only mystery in an otherwise clear profile. ▪️ The Coffee Aroma: If you love the scent of a sweet, tropical cafe, this is for you. The coffee aroma is rich, sweet, and heavy - it lingers on the skin like a perfume. It’s much more intense than the subtle, floral scent of traditional monoi, making it a dream for coffee enthusiasts. ☕ ▪️ Authenticity Check: It is important to note that this isn't an authentic, regulated "Monoï de Tahiti." Real monoi is tied to a specific French Polynesian appellation and usually consists only of Tiaré flowers macerated in coconut oil. This is a "monoi-style" blend with added perfume and Frangipani, which is functionally great but a different experience for purists. ▪️ Packaging Win: The presentation is excellent for the price. The sturdy glass bottle arrived safely double-wrapped in bubble wrap, and the high-quality dropper works smoothly without any mess. It feels much more premium than your average budget beauty oil. 📦 ▪️ Hydration & Feel: At its core, this is a solid coconut oil base. It absorbs well and provides a healthy glow without feeling excessively greasy. It’s fantastic for smoothing out dry elbows and knees or adding a fragrant shine to hair. ▪️ Fair Value: For under $20, you’re getting a generous 2 fl oz of a luxury-feeling product. While it’s "monoi-inspired" rather than traditional, the quality of the packaging and the unique scent makes it a solid buy. Verdict: A lightweight, fragrant oil that smooths and hydrates with a punchy coffee scent. ✅ Reach for it if: You want a well-packaged, coffee-scented coconut oil for body and hair. ❌ Skip if: You are looking for regulated, traditional "Monoï de Tahiti" or are sensitive to synthetic fragrances. I am an oil conesuir and this is a lovely oil!! I feel like I need to use it a on its own more before I can recommend who and what it's good for, but I have many oils from this company and I believe they have integrity. Not a single problem with a single oil I've gotten from them. I add just one dropper full to my Fountain of Youth Essential oils mix recipe (which I will share on my channel soon). Each oil has its own nourishing profile. Just like our bodies, our skin likes a balanced diet. I would purchase again Read more

This is a very nice skincare product of monoi oil from Polynesian as packaged in a 2 oz bottle. There is also a glass dropper cap in case you want to use in a precise amount. The first nice feature of this product is its aroma. It has a fresh floral aroma. On top of that, there is a warm and creamy coffee smell. The combination of the two gives a pleasant experience. The fragrant is not super strong, but that is perfect to avoid being overwhelming, since a lot of the oil would be absorbed in skin. Although it is fine to use on scalp to treat the hairs, I like to use this oil on skin over face and neck to let it nourish the tissues underneath. It brings a lot of moisture over, making the skin feel soft and smooth. Since this product is made with tiara flower in coconut oil, its benefits would come from both the flowers and coconuts oil. Besides fragrances, there would be antioxidants, vitamins, fatty acids and other nutritious agent to help the skin. With regular usage, the nutrients would help rejuvenate the skin and bring a younger appearance. Read more

I had to pay close attention when I first got this product because the main photo is a little bit deceiving... You don't actually get 3 bottles. I had to read everything carefully before ordering... I got one tiny bottle of 2 fluid ounces of Monoi oil coffee. And even though it is a small bottle, it's a good quality of monoi oil, which helps me with my skin, scalp, and nails. It does have a coffee-like fragrance, but I actually enjoy it... I find it calming, and my skin enjoys it too. This is not a miracle bottle to grow hair or have strong nails, but overall, if you know about the benefits of Monoil oil coffee along with Coconut oil, then you know that it can be a joyful experience with good results. I like it overall, and I am glad I got it. Read more

My bottle arrived simply but well-protected in a bubble-wrap pouch. Inside was a Botanical Beauty–branded amber glass bottle, about 3½ inches tall and 1.5 inches in diameter, paired with a matching glass dropper—a premium touch that elevates the presentation. Ingredients are clearly listed: Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Gardenia Taitensis (Tiare) Flower Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), and Fragrance. Opening the bottle, the aroma of coffee is immediate—rich, sweet, and more reminiscent of coffee liqueur than fresh brew. In the dropper, the oil shows a faint amber hue. When applied to skin, the gardenia scent gradually emerges, growing stronger with time and perhaps body heat. The coconut base feels light and absorbs easily with minimal rubbing. As the gardenia intensifies, it remains anchored to the coffee note, creating a perfume-like effect. Like any high-quality coconut oil, this formula leaves skin feeling soft and deeply hydrated without any greasy residue. The sensory experience is layered and elegant. At $13 for one ounce, it’s not cheap—but it’s not expensive either, especially compared to other exotic carrier oils. Personally, I’m smitten with the scent. I’m still deciding whether to keep it or gift it to an espresso-loving girl, but either way, it earns five stars. Read more
