Boys Hanes Multicolor 5-pack Ringer Boxer Brief Underwear L 14-16

I bought these for my husband who is very slender. He always wears baggy cotton boxers but I wanted to see him in something different. I usually get him a size 16 in boxers but thought one size up would be best for a cotton knit. They are well made and fit him perfectly. He likes them and wears them. This are as I expected, they do run a little small but I knew that, so I bought big. My 7 year old, 43LB/47" tall, skinny athletic son who just grew into size 7 jeans(but needs the adjustable waist pulled in a lot) wears a medium. He is just growing out of the smalls(he wore those when he was in jeans size 4/5/6. These lasted very well most of them are still in good shape. Maybe 2 pairs recently got tears around the leg/waist. For my 4yr old who is skinny and tall (40 pounds now), they hold their color after the wash, elastic is holding up, fit great and look great, nice material, quality. I find that other brands (the cartoon ones) really lose their color, look dingy and fell hard compared to these. Think I'll by more when needs them. Read more

Boxers seem to be good quality, came through the initial washing fine, and fit as expected. However, I took off a star because the picture shows five colors (black, red, dark blue, grey, and light blue) and I received only black and grey. I ordered three packages of underwear (15 pairs total) and all of them were black and grey. Yes, the description says that the colors are "assorted," but one does not expect to receive 15 pairs in only the dreariest two colors.
