A decent brace for tendonitis in your hand
Bought this to immobilize for a few days while suffering from tendonitis in my hand and wrist. This is a great splint for that purpose. I do find it chafes a bit around my thumb so if I need to do anything with it on it starts to get a little uncomfortable. Which is a great reminder that I shouldn't be doing anything with my hand or wrist right now. I tried a different brace and found that it allowed my hand to move too much which allowed me to painfully strain my tendons repeatedly through the day. I think this one is better. I really appreciate how it supports my wrist and hand when I have to use a mouse or keyboard. Other braces didn't really do that. It's fairly easy to remove so I can regularly ice or stretch my hand. Great wrist support without being too much
This is the second one I bought as I lost the first one. It offers great wrist support and feels comfortable. You do have to bend the aluminum bars to your wrist/hand shape. My hands are much wider than my wrist so some adjustments were necessary. Read more
Extends too far out on the palm/hand in the middle and on the pinky finger side
It is a well made product. However I did not find its either hand design comfortable because the brace extends out too far on the palm in the middle and on the pinky finger side. Read more
