I am impressed with how sturdy this holder is. The sun and heat in Florida can make it difficult for the suction to remain strong and fixed to my dashboard or windshield. This holder has not budged since I placed it there. And in case the suction was not enough, they did provide a sticky mount as well. It is flexible enough to place it in your ideal viewing angle but strong enough not to move and shift. This is heavy duty indeed. The arm adjust to accommodate nearly any size device. Unfortunately, it will not work for my purposes. My GPS has the cord coming out of the back so it will not sit flush against the back of the holder. Not very forward thinking on the part of the GPS maker. The outlet would be better placed on the bottom of the unit. So just keep mind what device you are using and where the outlet is placed. This holder is also quite large and bulky and might be overwhelming in a small vehicle. This seems more suited for a truck. I have an SUV and it took up a lot of the view and is very "in your face". Way more support than I would need for my small Garmin but likely ideal if you use something larger, like a tablet. I have an older SUV that doesn't have a center screen. But needed something to mount my iPad Mini so that I could use the Map app. This mount is sturdy even over ruff roads. Great grip and truly adjustable to fit different size tablets or even phones when rotated. I like how easy it is to adjust. I also like the option to mount from the windshield or the dash. Seriously sturdy, heavyweight mount. It holds both my iPad Air 2 and an 11 inch iPad Pro in either portrait or landscape orientation. The ratcheting arms do need a pretty firm push to size and clamp down on the tablet, but once set they keep it locked in place. The mount comes with an extra support bracket to use with heavier tablets or when the gooseneck arm is extended. I’m using the arm in a folded position with a relatively lightweight tablet, so I haven’t needed the support bracket, since the gooseneck itself is genuinely strong. I actually think this is the sturdiest mobile device holder I’ve ever used. The build quality and the way it holds position could easily justify the price, especially if you are a professional driver who would rather pay a bit more to get a holder that just does its job well. It’s a versatile mount that can secure everything from mobile phones to larger tablets without issues. Included in the package is a 3M dashboard pad that is indicated to be single use for dashboards with leather or heavy texture. In both Toyotas we own it wasn’t needed, and the reusable suction cup was more than enough to secure the holder to the dashboard. The suction cup can be washed with water and reused. The only downside is the sheer size of the holder. The design is sturdy and on the bulkier side, so if you’re going to use it in a passenger vehicle you have to think a bit about where to mount it strategically. Read more

Capable tablet mount with strong adjustable arm and large suction cup. Took a couple of re-positions to get the suction cup to hold, but once I found the spot, it held strong. 2nd Gen iPad is relatively heavy, so unfortunately this needs the included support clip on the dash to keep it from bouncing when the vehicle is under way. There is a lot of leverage there, so it makes sense that the secondary support is needed. If this were being used in a stationary setting, I don't think the extra support would be needed. Rotates for favorite orientation, tighten the threaded collar to lock it in place. Was able to keep my iPad in it's protective case. Suction cup is very grabby. Has a tackiness to it, plus the lever that creates the strong suction. It also adjust down small enough to hold my iPhone 13, so for the times I only have my phone, I only need this one mount installed. Read more

The suction cups are still sub-par on all of these phone and tablet holders in 2025, how? Besides that, this mount has a great grip on the device, fits iPad Pro 13”, surface and surface pro tablets no problem, and has a wide range of motion and flexibility. I don’t think it’s worth the asking price of fifty, but it’s not terribly far off, $30-35 would be a more reasonable price for this unit. To be able to reliably maintain hold on a 13” tablet, the suction cup function should be able to grip clean glass and not let go, no matter the mileage. But the adjustability and good grip on the actual device is worth a try. Read more

This is a good heavy duty tablet holder. I plan to use it to hold an ipad, likely a smaller ipad mini for use for diagnostics on the pickup truck, because i don't think anything is going to hold a 12.9" ipad pro its just too big. This holds my iphone plus large phone in its large case though just fine too. I suctioned this to the windshield next to the rearview mirror and have it hang down near the passenger side which may consider to block some view but its minimal, and puts the screens right in line of my vision so i don't need to look down or away from the road ever. its easy to use and easy to install using the suction cup method, that seems to have a lot of grabbing power. This isn't very expensive but a good holder for the money. I'd recommend for anyone with a truck, SUV, boat, equipment etc. that needs to hold a large phone or tablet when driving. Read more
