This is an edit to my orginally review from 2017. We have been buying these ears regularly since 2017 for our 2 large dogs. They used to love them; however, the last two boxes of 100 ears were missing their favorite part of the ear--the cartilage ring. Now our dogs barely touch them unless we spread peanut butter on them. It's very sad and unfortunate since this was our go to chew treat. I contacted the seller and they refunded our last box of 100, and indicated that they use a variety of small suppliers and it appeared that the last boxes we received had been harvested/cut a bit differently from previous boxes. I never asked for a refund, but the seller processed a full refund on our last box of 100. This was a very nice surprise. I am very impressed with this company and their customer service! Once we go through the 200 ears we have, we will buy an additional box. In addition to the fact that these ears are natural and a far better option than rawhide, you should buy from this company because truly value you as a customer! Previous reivew before the change in the product: Our dogs love these ears--this is our 6th box of 100 ears, and not a bad ear in the bunch. They are large natural cow ears with a cartilage ring the dogs devour first. They are odorless and always appear to be fresh. They never leave a stain or have a greasy feel. These ears are not "raw hide" so our dogs, don't experience any "intestinal" issues--no doggie gas, no vomiting or diarrhea. Even our most veracious chewer (a 3 year old 65 lb Catahoula/lab mix) will spend hours on one ear. We have shared these treats with several of our friends dogs, and all of them seem to love them. These ears are by far one of the best dog treats/chew treats we have found. Read more

I have been buying these ears for years and my 3 dogs love them.. They are large...most well over 6"...and take a while for the dogs to chew. Never any waste...They eat every bit. Never had a problem with them digesting them. Give these when we kennel the dogs and they always go into the kennel without problem...in fact the Lab runs like the wind and is there waiting for me whenever she sees me get the box out :-) All in all a great treat will liked and well tolerated by my dogs. My dog is totally in love with this product. I love the no smell and no mess of these cow ears. The ears appear to be easily digestible and keep her busy for 30 minutes. She’s a large dog and loves to chew. A perfect treat!!! Read more

First box, probably 3/4 of the ears were like the largest. 2nd box same. 3rd box about 1/4 were like the largest, 1/2 like the middle, and 1/4 like the smallest. Having ordered from others, it's still a good value. There is no smell and no chemicals. My heavy chewer finishes quickly, but it takes my other dobie about a half an hour. Read more

First off these ears come very well packed- it is amazing just how many ears they manage to fit in such a small box. They appear to be of good quality and size. They also only faintly smell if at all. My 4y 10mo border collie x blue heeler LOVES to chew ears (particularly the cartilage) and will usually eat most of the rest of the ear sometimes she finishes them - often all at one chew session though she will go back to ones she hasn’t finished later. I previously bought large boxes of USA sourced and processed ears from Pawstruck off Amazon every few months to feed her habit but they stopped offering them in bulk. Then I got her some ears from Brazil by Natural Gnaws-The larger shipment had a almost translucent quality and those were by far her favorite ears EVER. She ALWAYS finished them in one go, but when I went to order them again they were no longer available😩. I have since been on the hunt for a new source of ears. She seemed to like and even finished the ears she received nightly while we visited with my Dad and his two dogs for 3 week. Sadly the box I bought when we got home has gone untouched. She won’t even begin to chew the ears I give her-she takes them from me drops them and asks for something else:( I notice it mentions a few different countries of origin. I am wondering if maybe Dads had a different origin then mine so to her they taste different? Read more

We’ve been giving cow ears to our dogs for years and years. I like that there is no oily residue that we’ve experienced with pig ears. These ears ordered on Amazon have made life easier! We love having a storage box FULL of treats and no worries of running out. Our two golden retrievers each get an ear every other or third day. It lasts about 15 minutes. A much loved earlier dog of comparable size would take more than a day to finish an ear. Have been ordering these by the case for several years and have not had any the issues I’ve read on other posts. Fingers crossed!! Read more
