OMG, I was eyeing a more expensive brand and saw this and took a chance buying it. I am impressed by its performance. It's lightweight, comfortable and versatile. I obviously use it for breads and also ripe tomatoes, lettuces...anything delicate so you don't squish them. It's sharp, easy to clean, use and has a slim profile. I thought I'd end up getting a dollar store knife but this thing looks more mid-tier. It's stored next to all my Wusthofs. Read more
