Our son plays football and during game days he plays on astroturf, which as many might know, can be hard on elbows with turf burns. Since he is a youth, he doesn’t need the full width of the strip, so we cut to length and then cut down the middle and apply between wrist up past 2-inches beyond elbow and it has worked well. Alternatively, I cut to size to apply back of my heel for hiking purposes. Not as thick, or durable, as moleskin but works well enough. Would highly recommend for both youth football on astroturf and for hiking applications. Read more
