The media could not be loaded. WARNING UPDATE: I ended up being taken via ambulance to the ER after using this device as I ruptured the muscle on my left chest wall. The resistance is insanely strong regardless of the low setting option. This device absolutely should NOT be used if your taking steroids and are experiencing swelling around your chest area. There was no room for my chest to expand due to swelling & while blowing into the valve my muscle ruptured. So now im stuck with a $30,000+ hospital bill that a $51 item caused. There should be warnings to inform patients to not use this device when swelling from steroid use is occurring due to the risk of injuring, rupturing, tearing a chest wall muscle!!!! I initially liked this but found the resistance to be very strong the more I used it even on the lowest setting. Luckily after speaking with Amazon they refunded me in full, but im still having to pay a $30,000+ hospital ER bill & a $800+ ambulance ride because of this product & the damage it caused. Im still dealing with excruciating pain & there is a 6 to 8 week recovery period. I can only walk a few steps using a cane to maintain balance as the sharp, stabbing pains cause weakness in my legs & a few times they have given out on me. Breathing has now become 10x worse because I can no longer cough to clear my lungs of junk due to the pain. This is really bad for someone like me with advanced emphysema and who needs to clear my lungs out daily. WOW WOW WOW.... the resistance on this is crazy strong, even at the slightest setting making the vibration really strong & deep penetrating. I love that you can inhale with this one too, it makes it much easier than having to open my mouth after each exhale. This one feels much stronger made, thicker plastic & more like medical grade material. Definitely not cheaply made. Packaging was amazing, super nice & big with a really thick foam padding to protect the device. I am soooo pleased with this device with its functionality & look. I had the blue/green device and used it for 3 weeks before I dropped it & it broke rendering it useless. I really hope people will give this device a go. I think its literally night & day in comparison. Wish I had known about this one first. I love it so much I plan to order another one to have on backup just in case. This is a device that I can not live without due to my lung condition & I never wanna be without for 3 days again ever. Thank you for a quality made, amazing device!! UPDATE AFTER USE: ok so after a few days of use I said I would come back and let you know how it worked, so I could tell immediately that the resistance on this was much stronger than my other one even at the lowest setting. It's so strong that it actually affected my vocal cords as well and cause me to lose my voice, I also started to get an ache in my neck because I felt it was harder to Exhale to obtain the vibrations I needed and that was on the lowest setting. So there's advantages and disadvantages with this I'm still very pleased with it, I just have to use it more sparingly then I normally would. It definitely vibrates deep enough and strong enough that it loosens up the phlegm fairly quickly, so that's a really good advantage. Cleaning on this one seems to be much easier too as opposed to the other one. Overall I'm still very happy with this purchase and feel it still deserves five stars. I don't think it's something for a beginner though, I think this is more made for somebody that is used to using flutter valves and can tolerate strong resistance levels. Read more

It simply cannot meet my personalized training needs. Moreover, the resistance adjustment function of the equipment is virtually useless. No matter how I adjust it, the resistance I feel when breathing does not change significantly, and the training effect is minimal. Read more

The airflow resistance does not feel natural and sometimes makes breathing feel awkward rather than smooth. The plastic casing also feels very lightweight and fragile. I expected a sturdier device for something related to respiratory training. Read more

The product description makes it sound gentle and adjustable, but that wasn’t my experience at all. There should be clearer guidance or warnings about how intense this is. I wouldn’t recommend this, especially for anyone new to breathing devices or with sensitive lungs. The resistance is way too strong, even at the lowest level, and it felt more stressful than helpful. The biggest flaw with this device is its design, which makes thorough cleaning nearly impossible. After just a few days of use, I could see moisture getting trapped inside, and it started to develop a musty, mildew-like smell. I'm terrified that I'm now breathing in mold and bacteria every time I try to exercise my lungs. Read more
