The wrist brace is somewhat comfortable, unfortunately this one has a defect on the seam at the end of it that pins into my arm and it hurts, so I have to place a piece of cloth in between my arm and the brace, otherwise my arm will get red throughout the night. I'm disappointed this product was not cheap, but I need it for my carpal tunnel. Read more

I fractured my wrist a couple of weeks ago and doctors gave me Breg brace to wear full time. Unfortunately, I did not think at the time that I'll need at least one more piece so I can wash them. So I went to Amazon to buy it. The Breg brand delivery was too long for comfort. So I bought a different brand with Prime delivery to wear while I was waiting. Unfortunately, it did not provide as secure support as the one from the doctors. So I ordered another, ... and another ... and ..., but all were either uncomfortable, or poor fit, or difficult to adjust to fit properly. One of those was a plain lemon, see my reviews. Today 4/19 I received my Breg brace. It arrived 3 days ahead of the earliest schrduled delivery date, that was 4/22. I'm so happy I can wash my brace at last, with my wrist properly secured while I do so. NOTE: while this brace serves my fractured wrist perfectly, it is somewhat bulky, and might be an overkill for less severe injuries, especially if one has to work with the brace. Read more

RECOMMENDED. I need to use this brace to prevent carpel tunnel issues in one hand when I sleep. The brace is very comfortable, and I purchased it to replace one (same make/model) provided by my Ortho MD. The first one was in daily use for 4 years before the Velcro eventually wore out. For me, the Velcro straps are long and need to be trimmed (much better than being too short or just long enough!!) The only complaint is that the hook side of the Velcro (that runs the length of the brace) picks up lint from blankets and periodically needs to be picked off - but that is a very minor issue.
