These capris are fantastic. I wish I’d discovered them at the beginning of the summer! PROS: - The fabric is excellent quality, thick without being hot. A nice surprise at this price point. - The pockets are deep enough to be functional but don’t show. - The waistband is wide and comfortable. I sit at a desk all day for work, and the waistband did not roll up or fold over. It stayed smooth and comfy all day. - I got the cobblestone (tan) color and it is very pretty, true to the images here and exactly what I wanted. - Washed up nicely. A few wrinkles when I first put them on, but within a few minutes of wearing, they were gone. CONS: - I wish they weren’t quite so long, but that’s because I’m short. YMMV. - Nothing else so far! Due to weight gain, I needed new capris for the summer. I bought in this color and black and have worn them multiple times. They are very stretching, but still look good. Great front pockets. The back pockets are too small for a cell phone, but I can put my phone in the front. Washes easily and I hang dry (just my preference) - they dry quickly. Read more
I needed some new capris for the warmer weather, but so many of the ones I found were either cargo-type or closer to leggings - neither of which is what I want - or don't have pockets. When I saw these, I knew I had to try them because they feature everything I want. I also recognized the Briggs name and knew that I had owned some of that manufacturer's slacks in the past and really liked them. I'm happy to say that these are perfect! They fit just as they should - true to size - with plenty of breathing room but not baggy. The fabric is just lovely - cool, light, soft and smooth, with a dressy look yet generous stretch and flex. I washed them in cold water and hung them to dry, and they look and feel beautiful. I bought 2 pairs, and I just wish they made them in more colors that I like - pastels and brights. These pants are a wonderful purchase. I have found that most plus size pants usually have wide unflattering legs. These pants have slim legs that are very flattering. I purchased them in 4 colors (black, white, tan, and navy) and are my go to crops. The weight is heavier than most, but is very comfortable. The pockets are flattering and easily fit a phone. The pockets are slits in the front so that when you put something in them, there is no bulge. They don't crease easily.
